Party Rental

When: Saturdays

Seasonal Times: 

•  October-Mid-March:               11:30-1:30 
•  Mid-March-September:         10:30-12:30  

(30 minutes for decorating, 1.5 hours party time)

Associated fees:

• $95 to rent the space for the above mentioned time frame.
  • Includes up to two 6-foot tables with white tablecloths
  • Includes use of bluetooth speaker system for music
  • Includes clean-up after party
• Cost of Ice Cream/Toppings
  • Current menu price for kids or adult scoops. (Kid’s serving in a cup or cake cone). 
  • No charge for the birthday child/adult! :) 
  • This price includes a choice of the following toppings (M&Ms, sprinkles, Oreo cookie crumbs, gummy bears)-each person can have one or more of the toppings.
  • Sales tax would be charged on the ice cream servings only.

Additional Notes:

Outside food and drink are allowed. You are welcome to bring your own decorations as long as they are not something that would damage the walls or decor. No tape or command strips on the ice cream mural, please.

We have seating for 32 indoors and 12 outside, but we have often had birthday parties where people come and go and have had as many as 50. We have an additional 10 folding chairs if needed. Please info us at least a day before the party if you will need these chairs so that we can bring them to The Scoop.
