Fundraisers at The Scoop are an in-store experience that allow you to raise funds for your cause! Scheduled on Monday nights from 4:00-8:00 pm. Your organization will receive 15% of net sales for that time period.

Our fundraisers are in-store events, with 15% of sales (during the agreed upon time frame) donated directly to your cause.

MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING
We need at least three weeks’ notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our team time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE DONATION OF FUNDRAISER PROCEEDS
In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, they must occur during the agreed upon time frame listed on the completed Fundraiser Memorandum of Understanding for your event.
One last thing, let’s make sure we’re a good fit for a partnership! Surfing in Maui is awesome, but doesn’t fit our criteria for a fundraiser. Before submitting an application, please check the list below to make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:
