Fundraisers @ The Scoop!

Our fundraisers are in-store events, with 15% of sales (during the agreed upon time frame) donated directly to your cause.

We partner with many different kinds of organizations for fundraisers. Here are some of our favorites:

• K–12 Schools
• University Groups
• Youth Sports Teams
• Libraries and Community Centers
• Non-Profits & Churches
• Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups
  
  

If your request falls into one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the following guidelines, please submit an inquiry email using the link below.  Your inquiry should include:

• The Name of Your Organization
• The Purpose of the Fundraiser
• Perspective Date (Mondays only please)
• Name of Representative to be present at the event

 Due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all of them. If your request is approved, we will contact you soon.

MEMO OF UNDERSTANDING

We need at least three weeks’ notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our team time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE DONATION OF FUNDRAISER PROCEEDS
In order for purchases to count towards your fundraiser, they must occur during the agreed upon time frame listed on the completed Fundraiser Memorandum of Understanding for your event.

ELIGIBILITY
One last thing, let’s make sure we’re a good fit for a partnership! Surfing in Maui is awesome, but doesn’t fit our criteria for a fundraiser. Before submitting an application, please check the list below to make sure you aren’t fundraising for any of the following causes:

• Individual causes (scholarships, stipends, personal medical expenses)
• For-profit ventures (your startups, businesses, etc.)
• Lobbying or political groups (we just want to keep things sweet...)
• Individual study, research or travel grants 
• Anything else we decide just isn’t a fit
