Scheduling an Event:
Fill out and submit the request below. A delivery coordinator will follow-up with you to discuss availability, options, and pricing.  For Just Scoops or Full Sundae Bar options, we typically ask for 24-48 hours lead time, but depending on availability and size of request, we can sometimes schedule with less notice.  For Push Cart scheduling, we ask for 72 hours lead time to ensure the order is prepared in a timely manner and adequate staffing is available to make your event a success.

Service Area:
Corporate/Group ice cream delivery is available within a 30 mile radius of our retail store in Gray, TN.  Fill out the request form below and a coordinator will work with you to determine the best solution.

Minimums for Delivery:
Minimum order for delivery is typically 10 sundaes or scoops. Smaller orders can be picked up from our retail location. Delivery minimum may vary slightly depending on the order.

Are credit cards accepted?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. In some cases, corporate checks may also be accepted.  You will be invoiced via email for delivery orders. Delivery orders will be processed after payment is completed.

Sundae Service (Sundae Bar):
We'll deliver the sundae bar so you’re ready to serve in 20 minutes or less. Ice cream can also be delivered minus the toppings for a reduced price. If you do not plan to serve your ice cream party immediately upon delivery, please refrigerate your toppings and place the ice cream in a freezer.

Service includes:

• Choice of 8 ice cream flavors, delivered already scooped. Ice Cream flavor choices are: Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Pecan Pralines and Cream, Sea Salt Caramel, Southern Blackberry Cobbler, Butter Pecan and Blue Monster (Cookies N Cream Dyed Blue). 
• Plenty of the following toppings - Chocolate, caramel, strawberry, whipped cream, pecans, and cherries
• Cups, spoons, serving utensils, and napkins for easy clean up
• Local delivery
